Weatheradio Canada Network Decommissioned

As of March 16, 2026, Environment and Climate Change Canada has permanently decommissioned the “Weatheradio Canada” network (and the “Hello Weather” telephone forecast system) due to rising maintenance costs.

Radio marine forecasts are still available, however, in some areas (e.g. the Great Lakes) via the Canadian Coast Guard.
