The TLA Vision (2020-2022) was developed by TLA President, Paul Tamburro, and approved by the Board of Directors on September 30, 2020.

The ONE Temagami concept was created by TLA Board Member, Tarik Muzaffar, and approved by the Board of Directors on November 11, 2020.

TLA Goals (2022-2023) were developed by TLA President, Paul Tamburro, and presented at the AGM on the October 18, 2022.

The Scientific-Guidance Policy for the TLA was developed by Board Members, Terry Males and Paul Tamburro, and approved by the Board of Directors on October 12, 2022.

The Economic-Development Policy for the TLA – Revised (2023) was initailly developed by Board Members, Greg Goodman, Terry Males, and Paul Tamburro, and approved by the Board of Directors on October 12, 2022. It was subsequently updated in January 2023.
