THE PURPOSE of this meeting of Council is to possibly discuss items in Closed Session as permitted by Section (239) of the Municipal Act. 2001, as amended, in order to address matters pertaining to:
(2)(c) a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board regarding an offer to purchase Municipal Land and potential land acquisition by the Municipality;
AND
THE PURPOSE of this special meeting is for Council to discuss in open session the Temagami Economic Development Corporation Interview questions.
