Agenda Item 4.2: Temagami “Official Plan” Final Draft Review (includes Staff Report and 7 attachments)

Draft Motion: BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council receive the Staff Report regarding the Final Official Plan dated January 21, 2025; AND FURTHER THAT Council adopt the Final Official Plan as prepared for the January 23, 2025, Council meeting and to send the Final Official Plan (subject to minor revisions as required) to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing for approval.

Agenda Item 9.1 (under “By-Laws”):

Draft Motion: BE IT RESOLVED THAT By-law 25-1794, to adopt a new Official Plan for the Municipality of Temagami, be taken as read a first, second, and third time, and finally passed this 23rd day of January, 2025; AND FURTHER THAT the said by-law be signed by the Mayor and Clerk and recorded in the by-law book.
