The Municipality of Temagami will hold a “Regular Council Meeting” on Thursday, August 10, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. Eastern.

Please tell your young kids and grandkids that they have a great shot at $50 cash. We have 5 new “Kids-Only” shoreline clean-up prizes … It’s easy money! 

To qualify, kids must pick up some trash on any shoreline in Temagami and send a photo to tla@onlink.net. Contestants must be 14 years-of-age or younger.

Five (5) $50 prize winners will be chosen by lottery.

The Temagami Region Economic Development Corporation (Tredcorp) is seeking expressions of interest from people who are interested in serving on its Board of Directors.

The deadline for applications is FRIDAY, August 11, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. (N.B., It’s listed incorrectly in the ad as a Tuesday).

The Municipality of Temagami is seeking to fill one (1) vacant Councillor position for the remainder of the 2022-2026 term of office. The vacant Councillor position will be filled by appointment by way of application, and as a result, no formal election or public vote will be conducted.

Council is inviting those interested to file their names and a brief resume with the Clerk no later than Thursday, August 3rd, 2023 at 1:00 p.m.
