Property Patrols

TLA members can subscribe to quarterly patrols (January, March, Spring, and Fall) of their properties and buildings. The annual cost of this service is $130.00. Twice yearly property patrols are also available for $70.00 (either January and March OR Spring and Fall).

Problems most often encountered on these property checks include:

  • fallen trees that may damage buildings and allow rain and snow to enter
  • damage from animals
  • windows/doors left open, which allow exposure to the elements and damage to interiors
  • vandalism or break-ins
  • snow-load damage
  • dock damage
