 We hope to maintain the following services in 2026:

  • daily, VHF, marine-radio announcements on Channel 68
  • incoming and outgoing mail on Tuesdays and Thursdays in July and August
  • Wi-Fi (accessible outside, even when the HQ is closed; contact temagamilakes1931@gmail.com for the password)
  • TLA merchandise sales
  • telephone
  • outdoor privy
  • portable fire pump (on TLA dock)
  • social events (e.g., TLA Summer BBQ)

Federation of Ontario Cottagers’ Associations (FOCA):

In addition to the services and benefits that we receive as a FOCA member organization, individual TLA members are also eligible to receive FOCA services and benefits. These include: information on rural property issues; access to a wide variety of FOCA newsletters, fact sheets, and videos; events and webinars (free or reduced cost); Cottage First group insurance program (https://cadeinsurance.com/cottagefirst); reduced subscription rate for Cottage Life magazine; special FOCA pricing on AEDs (defibrillators); and, 25% off annual memberships to the Canadian Canoe Museum.
